LTW Community School at Brownsville Academy High School

The Community School at Brownsville Academy High School offers the Learning To Work (LTW) program which helps overage/under-credited students earn their high school diploma and leads them toward employment after graduation. Additionally, CAMBA offers college application assistance and overnight college trips. We partner with various consultants to bring additional programming and services to the students of Brownsville Academy. In the past we have offered mental health counseling, classes focused in the arts, dance classes, drivers ed and various other opportunities that students have been interested in. In addition, we have created the Brownsville Marketplace which is a free marketplace for students and families to shop that has basic household needs as well as food.

This program is funded by United Way of NYC and the NYC Department of Education.
