The Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (CAPP) program provides pregnancy prevention education using evidence-based, age-appropriate curricula for youth ages 14-21 at high schools in high-poverty neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
CAPP includes:
• Assistance with arranging visits to medical family planning providers.
• A social media presence centered on sexual health awareness.
• Educational workshops for parents and school staff.
Eligibility: Youth in high school who live or attend school in the following Brooklyn zip codes: 11212, 11233, 11207, and 11208
