CAMBA has over 20 years of experience placing thousands of New Yorkers into permanent housing. Working in partnership with the Department of Homeless Services and other leaders in government and the private sector, CAMBA has established a reputation for developing a compassionate services that moves homeless families and single adults, including those at risk of homelessness, to housing permanency.
In 2021 CAMBA provided safe emergency housing and life improving services to almost 6,000 individuals in our single and family shelters. CAMBA was able to place 514 of those individuals into safe and permanent housing.
