Legal Services for the Working Poor

CAMBA provides no-cost legal services in housing, immigration and consumer matters to working poor individuals and families (defined as people living below the self-sufficiency standard in NYC). LSWP is one of the only programs in NYC that does not use the poverty standard to determine eligibility for services, which makes services available to a wider range of people.

This program is funded by the New York City Council and NYC Human Resource Administration.

Eligibility: Income below the self-sufficiency standard for
NYC and have a housing, consumer and/or immigration
need. Please call to determine income eligibility.
