CAMBA’s Family Support Program strengthens families with children of all ages. We provide you with supportive case management services which includes working with you and your children to assess strengths, needs, and resources.
We develop an individualized strategy to meet your short and long-term goals, and then we follow up to determine whether your goals have been met and/ or your needs have changed.
We assist families in accessing resources for challenges they may be facing, including domestic violence, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, health and nutrition. We also provide advocacy and assistance in obtaining government benefits, housing, education and employment, legal assistance and other social services.
Who can apply? Any family living in Brooklyn CD14.
All family services are offered in English, Haitian Creole and Spanish.
This program is funded by the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development.
