Ukrainian Professional Support Program (USARA)

CAMBA’s USARA Program assists eligible Ukrainians who entered the U.S. with UHP status to overcome barriers to employment and ultimately return to a professional career. At CAMBA, USARA services focus on specialized needs to support employability. USARA offers professional development programming and helps clients complete more advanced skills training and/or certifications, degree evaluations, and ultimately obtain skill-aligned careers. Services include:

  • Case Management/Career Advising
  • Job Development
  • Degree Evaluation/Translation Support
  • Advanced ESL
  • Resume/Interview preparation
  • Day Care Assistance for Children
  • Short-term Emergency Food assistance
  • Wellness Workshops
  • Temporary Housing Assistance
  • Financial Education
  • Re-Parole, Family Reunification, and Other Relevant Immigration Topics
  • Continued Education/Training/Licensing/Certifications
  • Small Business Services

Eligibility: Citizens or nationals of Ukraine or individuals who last habitually resided in Ukraine who entered the U.S. with Humanitarian Parole status after February 24, 2022
